Alice Lorraine Streitmatter 77, of Chillicothe passed away on Sunday March 15, 2009 at Methodist Hospital in Peoria. Born in Peoria on October 27, 1931 to Linn and Deloris Hall Arbogast. She married Robert Lee Streitmatter on November 1, 1957, he preceded her in death on July 8, 1997. Also proceeding where her son Jonathan, 2 brothers, 4 sisters and her grandson Cory Lee. Alice is survived by her children; Robert L. (Kelli) Streitmatter of Litchfield, Annette L. (Dan) Buttrum of Chillicothe, Jeanette L. (Scotty) Weaver of Blandinsville, sister Irene Grunert of Princeville, sister-in-law Brenda Arbogast of Dunlap, grandchildren; Cameron Streitmatter, Alicia (Steve) Greaux, Dean Featheringill, Christian Streitmatter and her 4 step-grandchildren. She was a Homemaker. Cremation will be accorded and no services will be held. Memorials may be made in her name to Rescue 33 in Chillicothe. The Cremation Society of Mid-Illinois Co. is assisting the family with arrangements.
