Obituary for Barbara J. Mohr
Barbara J. Mohr 79, of Chillicothe passed away on Saturday November 15, 2008 at Lutheran Hillside Village. Born in Jacksonville, IL on September 25, 1929 to Harry and Beulah Raybourn Ritter. She is survived by her daughters; Lisa (William) Platz of Chillicothe, Linda Baker of San Jose, son Troy Mohr of Gig Harbor, WA, grandchildren; Angela, Jed, Samantha, Jamie, Alexis and Jake and great grandchildren; Robert, Emma and Alyssa. Her parents and daughter Trudy Abbott preceded her in death. Barbara had worked for Caterpillar, Manito Lumber, the Pekin Times and Pepsi, retiring from Pepsi as a Computer Operator. She was of the Lutheran faith. Per her wishes cremation has been accorded and no services will be held. Memorials may be made to the Peoria Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure 4700 N. University, Suite 92 Peoria, IL 61614-5849. The Cremation Society of Mid-Illinois Co. is assisting the family with arrangements.
