Obituary for Bernadine L. Mason
Bernadine L. Mason, 65, of Manito passed away on Thursday July 16, 2009 at Pekin Hospital. Born in Peoria on July 3, 1944 to Louis and Betty Semick Stone. She was married to James Mason who preceded her in death along with her parents, brother James and niece Tonya Harrison. She is survived by her sisters; Patricia (Howard) Smith and Rita (Scott) Michael both of Pekin, Carol Mohering, brothers; Richard (Rebecca) Stone of Manchester, NH, Ralph Francis Stone and John Joseph Stone both of Manito and her many nieces and nephews. Bernadine was a Homemaker. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday July 22, at 10 a.m. at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin. Father Pat Fixsen will officiate. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. The Cremation Society of Mid-Illinois Co. Pekin/Peoria is assisting the family with arrangements.
