Obituary for Carol Crowley
Carol Lynn Crowley, 62, of Varna passed away Saturday, May 3, 2014 at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria. She was born April 29, 1952 in Pekin to Vernon and Dolores May Brickner. Her parents preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter, Alicia (Michael) Selquist of Peru; sons, Jonathon (Sara) Crowley of Bloomington, Christopher (Stacy) Crowley of East Peoria; grandchildren, Dustin, Tiffany, Jakob, Lea, Landon; brother, Randy Brickner of Lancaster, CA and sister, Karen (David) Clancy of Fort Worth, TX. She worked as a legal secretary for over 30 years last working at Janssen Law Center in Peoria. Carol enjoyed reading, gardening and going to the beach. She loved to spend time with her family. She was a member of the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Varna where a memorial service will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, May 10, 2014 with visitation two hours prior at the church. Pastor Glock will officiate. Memorials may be made to her family. Cremation has been accorded.
