Obituary for Catherine "Kittie" Rea
Catherine O. “Kittie” Rea, 56, of Green Valley, IL passed away Thursday November 17, 2011 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. She was born August 22, 1955 to Walter and Sandra Belville Johnston in Peoria, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Shane. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Julius of Green Valley, IL; grandsons, Joey and Andrew; brother, Frank (Sue Johnson) Johnston of Bloomington, IL; sisters, Pam (Pat) Shannahan of Texas, Teresa (Charlie) Engebretson of Manito, IL, Cheri (Matt) Bowman of Alaska and several nieces and nephews. Cremation has been accorded and a Celebration of Life will be held Friday November 25, 2011 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Teresa and Charlie’s house, 12269 Spring Lane, Manito. Memorials may be made to the family to assist with arrangements.
