Obituary for Chance E. Armstrong
Chance E. Armstrong, 25, of Pekin passed away Sunday, January 20, 2013 at his residence. He was born December 16, 1987 in Decatur to Thomas J. Armstrong and Tina Marie Littrell. He married Jessica Lee White on December 31, 2012 in North Pekin. She survives along with his step-children, Tyler White, Logan Schenck, Cidney Schenck; mother, Tina Littrell of Decatur; sister, Shasta (Chris) Pounds of West Peoria; brothers, Jason (Sandy) Swansson of Peoria, Charles Littrell of Decatur, Dakota Lee Miles of Pekin; nieces, Khari Pounds, Kodi Swansson; step-nephews, Spencer Miller, Jaycob Miller and godson, Izaiah Lee Miles. He was preceded in death by his father; step-mother, Michele and brother, Mitchell Armstrong. Chance was a welder for Matcor Metal Fabrication in Morton for 5 ½ years. He was an amazing husband, father, brother and friend. He was full of life and would help anyone at the drop of a hat. He loved Harley’s. Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life will be held Saturday, February 2, 2013 at the Calvary Baptist Church in Pekin from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Pastor Mike Mcleod will reside over the service.
