Obituary for Cheryl Sherry D. Reeder
Cheryl “Sherry” D. Reeder 67, of East Peoria passed away on Thursday January 1, 2009 at her residence. Born in Peoria on February 8, 1941 to Charles “Chuck” and Bertha Cheney Loser. She married Richard Reeder Jr. on December 23, 1963 in Eureka, IL, he survives along with her mother of Peoria, children; Bob (Deanna) Reeder of Bloomington, Rick (Monica) Reeder and Dusty (Carrie) Reeder both of East Peoria, Robin (Jim) Martin of Tremont, Mike (Nicole) Durham and Jeff Durham both of Chillicothe, brother Jack (Sue) Loser of Mt. Grove MO and brother and sister Ronnie (June) Loser and Diane (Kenny) Reeder both of Dunlap. She also leaves behind her sister-in-law Nadine Loser and her 11 grandchildren. Her father, brother Virgil, sister Cathy Fitch and daughter in-law Julie Reeder preceded her in death. Cremation will be accorded and family will receive friends on Saturday January 3, from 1 to 4 p.m. at Tremont United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall 101 Sampson St. Tremont. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to OSF Hospice in Sherry’s name. The Cremation Society of Mid-Illinois Co. Pekin/Peoria is assisting the family with arrangements.
