Obituary for Clarence Eggers
Clarence E. Eggers, 70, of Lewistown passed away Sunday January 8, 2012 at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria. He was born December 12, 1941 in Hanna City to Orval and Cathrine Johnson Eggers. He married Connie Franklin January 19, 1989 in Peoria. She survives along with his children Rodney (Susie) Eggers of Canton, Billie Jo (Joe) Picton of Lewistown, Renee (Ron) Eggers of Canton, Rachelle (Frankie) Hall of Bloomington, Brian Clelland of East Peoria, Troy (Kristy) Eggers of Bloomington, Steve (Kathy) White of East Peoria, Susan (Wayne) Alesandrini of Canton, 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Helen (Mac) Elam of Peoria, Kay (Carl) Roos of Peoria, Kathleen Mortin of Witt, June Soderman, Opel (Jack) Hamby of North Pekin and Henrietta Eggers of Witt. He was preceded in death by his parents. Clarence was a certified welder. Cremation has been accorded and a private family service will be held. The Cremation Society of Mid-Illinois Co.
