Obituary for Clifford W. Montgomery
Clifford W. Montgomery, 76, of Washington passed away Friday, June 11, 2021, at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria.
He was born July 9, 1944, in Canton to Frank J. and Edna L. Robb Montgomery. His parents preceded him in death.
He married Carol A. Barnabee June 8, 1968, in Farmington; she survives. He is also survived by his children, Jennifer (Matthew) Niehaus, Jason (Nicole) Montgomery and grandchildren, Mason Niehaus, Miles Niehaus, Maxim Niehaus, Meyer Niehaus, Evan Montgomery, and Maya Montgomery.
Clifford graduated from Farmington High School and attended ICC. He served in the U.S. Army and worked for Walmart as a Department Manager retiring in 2009.
He loved his family and enjoyed traveling and model trains.
Cremation has been accorded and he will be entombed at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL at a later date.
