Obituary for Cynthia Rogalski
Cynthia M. Rogalski, 54, of Peoria, IL passed away Saturday, December 27, 2014 at UnityPoint Health Methodist in Peoria, IL. She was born March 18, 1960 in Chicago, IL to LeRoy and Christine Danelski Dvorak. She married George Rogalski II December 10, 1977 in Countryside, IL. He survives along with her children, Jennifer (Jakub) Zaranski of Orland Park, IL, George Rogalski III of Chickasha, OK, Rebecca Rogalski of Peoria, IL; grandchildren, Lillian Estrada, Vicente Garcia, Adam Zaranski; parents, LeRoy and Christine Dvorak of Shorewood, IL; siblings, Gary (Denise) Dvorak of Lemont, IL, Laura (Ken) Zufan of Cicero, IL, Jim (Rich) Dvorak of Shorewood, IL; several nieces and nephews; aunt, Susan Dvorak of Stickney, IL; uncle, Jim (Pat) Danelski of Darien, IL and several cousins. Cindy will always be remembered as an amazingly loving and selfless person, who enjoyed being with her friends and family.  She especially looked forward to spending time with her grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.  Cindy also loved to travel, shop, care for her dogs, celebrate the holidays, and spend time watching the local birds and wildlife.  She grew up in Cicero and was a student at Goodwin Elementary School and Morton East High School. Cindy and her husband moved to Nebraska in 1979 and returned to the Chicago area in 1985.  They stayed there for two more decades raising their three children, before moving to and settling in Peoria, IL. 7 years ago. Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to St. Jude in her name.
