Obituary for Dagne Ramsden
Dagne Elizabeth Ramsden, 96, of Pekin passed away Friday, April 8, 2016 at Timbercreek in Pekin. She was born May 6, 1919 in Minnesota to August and Julia Carlson Sjoo. She married Vernon Christ Ramsden November 12, 1936; he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents; one sister and one daughter. She is survived by her children, Dale (Betty) Ramsden of Lino Lakes, MN, Ron Ramsden of Willow Park, TX, Avis (Larry) Gray of Casa Grande, AZ, Glen (Susan) Ramsden of St. Augustine, FL; 12 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren. Dagne was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church and lived at the UAW High Rise for 22 years. Cremation has been accorded and private family services will be held.
