Obituary for Daniel N. Carroll
Daniel N. Carroll 60, passed away on Tuesday September 8, 2009 at his home in Bartonville. Born in Peoria on February 11, 1949 to Norman and Audrey Doubet Carroll. He married Debra Phelps Martin in Okeechobee, FL on March 14, 2000. She survives along with his mother Audrey Wright of Okeechobee, FL, children; Jody (Tami) Carroll and Angela (Mark) Stewart both of Bartonville, Dusty Carroll of Peoria, Austin Martin and Lauren Martin both of Bartonville, brother Virgil (Vicky) Carroll of Bartonville and his 6 grandchildren. His father preceded him in death. Daniel served in the Marines during Viet Nam and worked as a Sprinkler Fitter for Hitchcock Co. He was a member of the American Legion, the V.F.W., Hanna City Sportsman Club, Local 669 and the National Sprinkler Fitters Industry. He was a avid hunter, fisherman and Nascar fan and a former member of the Bartonville Fire Department. Daniel was a dedicated family man and he will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
