Obituary for Debra K. Bickel
Debra K. Bickel 54, of Peoria passed away on Wednesday October 7, 2009 at Proctor Hospital. Born in Peoria on July 28, 1955 to Lloyd and Ida May Mishler Washburn. She married Steven Bickel in Lacon on April 16, 1983. He survives along with her daughter Amy (Bill) Griffis and grandchildren Braden and Blake of Chillicothe, brothers: Francis (Judy) Baker of Pekin, Gary Baker of New Jersey, sisters: Ethel Bohannan of Hanna City and Patricia Keigher of Terre Haute, IN. Her parents preceded her in death. Debra worked as a Receptionist and Secretary. She was a devoted member of Living Waters Community Church in Creve Coeur where a memorial service will be held on Sunday Oct 11, at 3 p.m. with visitation at 2 p.m. Memorials may be made to her family for the charity or there choice. The Cremation Society of Mid-Illinois Co. Pekin/Peoria is assisting the family with arrangements.
