Obituary for Diana L. Sparks
Diana L. Sparks, 62, of Chillicothe passed away on Monday September 14, 2009 at her home. Born in Peoria on August 6, 1947 to Francis “Frank” and Doris “Maxine” Smith Hunt. She married William Alan Sparks in Peoria on August 13, 1965. He survives along with her children; William Sparks Jr., of Chillicothe, Todd (Yvette) Sparks of Spear, Kimberley (William) Jamieson of Forest City, sisters; Sharon Walker, Donna and Beverly Jean. Her 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild also survive. Her parents, step-father Harry Belcher and brothers David and Dick preceded him in death. Diana worked as a Medical Courier for Enloe Pharmacy for 14 years, last working in August of 2009. Cremation Rites will be accorded and private services will be held at a later date. The Cremation Society of Mid-Illinois Co. is assisting the family with arrangements.
