Edna I. Yeakel, 80, of Pekin passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at her residence.
She was born November 8, 1941, in Raymondville, MO to Homer and Pearl Scott Garrison.
She married Raymond Yeakel; he preceded her in death December 26, 2004. Her parents; brothers, Herbert Garrison, Donald Garrison and son-in-law, Davy Fitzgerald also preceded her in death.
She is survived by her children, Vickey Fitzgerald, Bill Yeakel; grandchildren, Jason, Shawn, Brandon, Natassia, Brandy; eleven great-grandchildren and siblings, Dean Garrison, and Susan Jobe.
Edna loved camping, watching movies with her grandkids, music, and car rides.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Abts Mortuary in Pekin. Burial will immediately follow the visitation at Lakeside Cemetery in Pekin.
