Obituary for Elaine M. Schmidt
Elaine M. Schmidt 56, of Peoria passed away on Thursday Nov 10th 2016 at the OSF Hospice Home in Peoria. Born in Detroit, MI to William and Lois Elaine Bradbury Latimer on Nov 29, 1959. She married Daniel Schmidt in Pekin on May 23, 2003, he survives. Also surviving are her father, William of Burnsville, NC, sisters: Marian Latimer of Salisbury, NC, Ann Goetz of Marion, NC, Margaret Mucaria of St. Clair Shores, MI, brother John Latimer of Salisbury, NC, children: Ryan Davidson of Milan, MI, Erik Davidson of Peoria, IL, Jordan Salem of Peoria, IL, Kendell Salem of Galesburg, IL, Conner Salem of South Pekin, IL, 4 grandchildren and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins, all whom will mourn her passing. Her mother preceded her in death. Cremation has been accorded and a memorial service will be held on Thursday Nov 15th at 2 p.m. at 1st Church of the Brethren on Sheridan Rd in Peoria. Pastor Dana McNeil will officiate. Memorials may be made to the American Liver Foundation in her name.
