Frances O. St. Clair 79, of East Peoria passed away on Sunday March 16, 2008 at Manor Care Health Services in Peoria. Born in Huntland, TN on February 22, 1929 to Robert and Ethel Holmes Norris. She married Clarence St. Clair and he preceded her in death along with her son John McWhirter, 2 sisters and her brother. She is survived by her daughter Linda Mayberry of Peoria, grandchildren; Jason Mayberry, Jonathan (Miranda) McWhirter, Melinda (Matt) McWhirter, Dustin (Heather) McWhirter, five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Frances worked as a Clerk for Bemis Bag, retiring in 1989.No local service will be held and burial will Winchester, TN. Memorials may be made in her name to P.A.W.S. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Abts Mortuary in Pekin.
