Obituary for Helen Hardy
Helen C. Hardy 91, of Pekin passed Friday January 18, 2013 at OSF St. Frances Medical Center in Peoria. She was born March 7, 1921 in Taylorville, IL to Frank and Cathrine Stockus. She married Richard L. Hardy on June 11, 1944 in Roodhouse, IL, who preceded her in death in 2009. Surviving are her three sons Robert (JoAnn) Hardy of Fort Worth, TX, Terry Hardy of Pekin and Frank (Eva) Hardy Marquette Heights, seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Her brothers and sisters proceeded her in death. Helen worked at Fleming & Potter for 25 years. Private family services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
