Jake Dale Allen passed peacefully in the arms of his loving parents on June 16, 2013. Jake was born on May 23rd, 2013 in Peoria, Illinois. During his twenty three days here
On Earth he touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. His life was a brief gift to all of us that will forever live on in our hearts. Jake is the son of John and Nicole Allen of Pekin, Illinois. He was a sweet boy who loved tender moments being held by Mommy and Daddy. Jake is survived by his twin sister Madelyn Nicole.
His paternal grandparents are John and Connie Allen of Knoxville Tennessee; his maternal grandparents are Cathy and Russ Evans of Pekin, Illinois and Mike and Beverly
Childers of Pekin, Illinois. In lieu of flowers we would be honored to have you support The Children’s Hospital of Illinois at (http://www.childrenshospitalofillinois.org/) as they provided exceptional and loving care in our time of need. A private memorial service will be held Friday June 21st.
