Obituary for Janet Kay O'Brien
Janet Kay O’Brien 70, of Pekin passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was born September 18, 1941 in Pekin to Roy and Elsie Eichelberger. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Jim. She is survived by her sister, Jo Anne Joffe of Colorado, sons, Rory (Lori) O’Brien of Pekin, Jason (Lorie) O’Brien of Huntsville, AL, daughter, Kathy (Mike) Chin of Lakeland, FL, grandchildren, Rory O’Brien Jr., Patrick O’Brien, Shannon Nottoli, Heather Joffe, Cody, Connor, Pierce, Madison, Aiden and Quinn O’Brien, great-grandchildren, Mason and Delaney O’Brien. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister and will be sadly missed by her family. No services will be held, rather the family is holding a private memorial.
