Jeffrey A. Harper, 46, of East Peoria, IL passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2012 in Pekin, IL. He was born March 2, 1966 in Peoria, IL, the son of Donald Harper and Sandra Ashley. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Barkely. He is survived by his father, Donald Harper of Farmington, IL; wife, Sabrina Harper of Morton, IL; children, Jeff Jr. of Nevada, Candace, Cameron and Courtney of Washington, IL; brother, Scott Harper of East Peoria, IL and sisters, Kim Harper and Marti Harper of California, Kim Barkley and Jennifer Ortiz of Peoria, IL. Cremation has been accorded and no services will be held.
