Obituary for John Sullivan II
John L. Sullivan II, 54, of Pekin passed away Monday, May 20, 2013 at his residence. He was born December 11, 1958 in Evansville, IN to John L. and Donna Donovan Sullivan. He is survived by his mother, Donna Beard of East Peoria; daughters, Janell Louise (Stephen) Sullivan Manuel of Pekin, Janett Louise Sullivan of Hopewell, Amanda Michelle Ivana Robinson of Washington; grandchildren, Amie, Abigail, Aubree and siblings, Penny, Tammy, Dale, Don, Tony, Ron and Dan. He was preceded in death by his father, brother, Bobby; sister, Vickie and step-father, Morris Beard. He enjoyed building model cars and repairing bicycles. He was an animal lover. Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life will be held Thursday, May 30, 2013 at Veterans Park (Grieves Shelter) in East Peoria from noon to 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to TAPS in his name.
