Obituary for Kurt Heiser
Kurt E. Heiser 46, of Pekin passed away Sunday October 3, 2010 at his residence. He was born June 29, 1964 to Lee and Martha Geason Heiser in Peoria. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents. He is survived by his mother; Martha (Donald) Hays of Peoria, father; Lee Heiser of Morton, son; Daniel (Melissa) Heiser of Peoria, grandsons; Julian and Isaiah Heiser of Peoria, sister; Kathrine (Geoff) Longden of Pekin, and his brothers; Michael McCarty of Pekin and Mark (Carrie) Geason of Morton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Kurt was a welder and an ICC EMT. He enjoyed guns, fishing and boating. He was an avid motorcyclist and he became an ordained minister in 2009. Cremation has been accorded and a Memorial Service will be held Tuesday October 12, 2010 at 6pm at the New Life Christian Fellowship in North Pekin. Pastor Chuck Wilcox will officiate. Memorials may be made to the church or the American Heart Association.
