Obituary for Lori L Berg
Lori L. Berg 48, of Peoria passed away on June 16, 2016 at her home. Born in Canton on June 30, 1967 to Wayne and JoAnn Buxton Leonard. She is survived by her Mother of Cuba, children: Mathew Kirkpatrick of Cuba, Madison, David, Josh and Zack Mason all of CA, grandson Bradyn also of CA, brothers: Rick (Diane) Leonard of Danvers, Dan Leonard of Cuba, sister Julie Weiker of Cuba and 4 half-sisters. Her father and a half brother preceded her in death. Cremation has been accorded and a Celebration of life and burial of her cremains at the Cuba cemetery will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Fulton County Humane Society or to Alzheimer research.
