Obituary for Marie Kelch
Marie Anna Kelch 94, of Pekin passed away Thursday January 20, 2011 at her residence. She was born April 2, 1916 to William and Anna Winters Leitner in Peoria. She married William Kelch November 29, 1941, he preceded her in death November 24, 1975. She is also preceded in death by her parents, son; Daniel Kelch (March 6, 2010), 5 brothers and 2 sisters. She is survived by her grandchildren Andrea (Mark) Phillips of Pekin, Gary (Michelle) Kelch of Manito, 5 great-grandchildren; Brittani Phillips, Tyler Phillips, Megan Kelch, Matthew Kelch and Katelyn Kelch. Marie worked for the American Distillery. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pekin where a Funeral Mass will be held Monday January 24, 2011 at 11 am with a visitation 1 hour prior. Burial will follow at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Pekin. Father Timothy Nolan will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
