Obituary for Mark Vaughn
Mark Woodrow Vaughn, 58, of Peoria passed away Friday, September 5, 2014 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. He was born November 25, 1955 in Peoria to Woodrow and Rose Kirkpatrick Vaughn. He married Debra Rhoades June 10, 1988. He was preceded in death by his father; son, Ryan Armstrong and his beloved dog, Jody. He is survived by his mother, Rose Gaurd of Peoria; daughter, Jordan (Devon) Burns of Bellevue; sons, Cordell Vaughn of Peoria, Ryan Stear of Edwards; five grandchildren and sisters, Joanne (Jack) and Nancy (Tim). Mark worked for District 150 for 16 years. He had a great love for fishing and other outdoor activities including, mushroom hunting and golf ball hunting. Cremation has been accorded and services will be held at a later date, please contact the family for service information. Memorials may be made to ASPCA in his name.
