Obituary for Mary Franciscovich
Mary L. Franciscovich 66, of Pekin passed away on Monday May 24, 2010 at Pekin Hospital. Born in Galesburg to Charles and Irma Jones Wells on October 13, 1943. She married Robert Franciscovich in Canton on April 15, 1963, he preceded her in death on January 18, 2006. Her parents and step-mother Helen Wells also preceded her in Death. Mary is survived by her children: Brian (Cheri) Franciscovich of South Pekin, Teresa “Teri” (Jim) Klein of Pekin, Patti (Jeff) Long of Springville, IN, Judi (Al) Hutchinson of Bedford, IN, brothers: Gary (Lou) Wells of Jasper, IN, Jim (Donna) Hills of Carthage, IL, sister Judy Jones of Reno, NV, her niece and 3 nephews and her 9 grand and 2 great grandchildren with one due in June. She was a graduate of Graham Hospital School of Nursing and was a Regional Manager for Beverly Enterprises, retiring in 2005. Mary was of the Catholic Faith. A visitation will be held at Abts Mortuary on Thursday May 27, from 5 to 7 p.m. Cremation will be accorded following the visitation. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research or a charity of the donor’s choice. Abts Mortuary has been entrusted with her arrangements.
