Obituary for Michael Terry Allen
M. Terry Allen, 61, of Groveland passed away Sunday, March 27, 2016 at his residence. He was born November 23, 1954 in Louisville, MS to Albert and Annie Eaves Allen. He was preceded in death by is parents and brother, Benny Allen. He is survived by his siblings, Charles (Candy) Allen of Iowa, Linda (Charles) Owens of Marquette Heights, Albert (Pat) Allen of Groveland, Johnnie (Larry) Leemon of East Peoria, Victor Allen of Groveland; beloved nephews, Justin and Travis his kindred spirit and fellow artist; numerous other nieces and nephews; daughters, Amy and Nikki and several grandchildren. Terry was an artist and loved painting. He was a very unique and always entertaining person. He was a true blue Cardinal fan. Cremation has been accorded and private family services will be held. Memorials may be made to the OSF St. Francis Sisters in his name.
