Obituary for Michelle Meves
Michelle C. Meves, 56, of Canton, IL died January 12, 2017 at UnityPoint Health Methodist in Peoria IL. She was the daughter of James Henry Gillham and Wanda Darlyne Brown. Michelle was a C.N.A, pre-school teacher, and a care giver. She worked many jobs as a C.N.A in her life time. She enjoyed reading, fishing, crafting, crocheting, spending time with loved ones, and shopping in different thrift stores. Michelle was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Michelle is survived by her sons, Jarred Gillham “Samantha Gillham”, Mark Meves JR. “Samantha Shirley”, Chris Meves “Savannah Watkins”; step daughter, Michelle Meves; grandkids, Michael Meves, Makila Meves, Cody Gillham, Aiden Meves, Quentin Jones, Allison Meves, Collin Gillham, Catina Howard, Curtis Cliff; siblings, Scott Bennett Gillham, Harry Franklin Gillham, Michael Steven Gillham, George Everett Gillham “Diane Gillham”, Ronald James Gillham, Lila Ellen Gillham and she has 13 nephews; 13 nieces; 29 great nephews and 24 great nieces. Her son’s and family will be having a celebration of life for her. It will be at a later date and they will be letting everyone know in a timely matter where and when it will be.
