Obituary for Milt Wernsman
Milt “Grizz” Wernsman, 82, of Rapatee, IL passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. He was born in Jacksonville, IL on July 20, 1932 to George and Minnie Brunk Wernsman. Milt served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War and worked in sales. He is survived by Marie, his significant other of 20 years; daughters, Marlene, Colleen, Pat; son, Michael; step-daughter, Frances and step-son, Anthony. Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life will be held Sunday, December 28, 2014 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Moose Lodge in Farmington, IL. Memorials may be made in his name at the Farmington Bank in Farmington, IL.
