Obituary for Nina Nelson
Nina Nelson, 88, of Goodfield passed away Thursday March 22, 2012 at Morton Villa after a brief illness. She was born in Lunenburg, VT on November 6, 1923 to Charles and Annie Shaw Preble. She is survived by her daughter, LaReese (Scot) of East Peoria; son, Michael of Goodfield; sister, Virginia of Longs, SC; grandchildren, Roxanne of Murrels Inlet, SC, Chuck (Kristen) of Manchester, NH, Jami of Merrimack, NH, Dana (Mimi) of Thomasville, NC, Shawn (Maureen) of Nashua, NH, Jason (Samantha) of Dorset, UK, Jennifer of Clackamas, OR, Jessica of Cascade, ID and Michael of Portland, OR, as well as many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill; daughter, Brenda, parents, Charles and Annie Preble; sisters, Ella and Mildred, brothers, Chuck and Harold and grandchildren, Eric, Brent and Dori-Ann. Cremation has been accorded and no services are planned at this time. Memorials may be made to American Heart Association in her name. The family would like to thank Vitas Hospice for their compassionate care and Morton Villa for their care.
