Obituary for Paul Geiseman Sr.
Paul W. Geiseman Sr., 84, of Peoria passed away Monday, May 5, 2014 at Lutheran Hillside Village in Peoria. He was born March 4, 1930 in Oak Park, IL to Rev. Otto and Marie Lohnes Geiseman. He married Lorrie Birrer August 11, 1951 in River Forest, IL. She survives along with his children, Patricia (Edward Hunter) Geiseman, Polly (Richard) Eisenbarth, Paul (Mary) Geiseman Jr.; five grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; one brother and one sister. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters and one brother. Paul graduated from Bradley University with a Bachelor's Degree in Science. He served the community as a local business owner for many years. Cremation has been accorded and a memorial service will be held Monday, May 12, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Redeemer Lutheran Church 6801 N. Allen Road in Peoria. Memorials may be made to Music Ministry or Garden Club of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Peoria.
