She is survived by her father, Ronald. E. Thomas of Greenville, TN; mother, Kathy (Terry) Hammond of Havana, IL; son, Jayden Butler, of Havana, IL; sisters, Carla Ford of Green Valley, IL, Katy Bath of Havana, IL; brother, Nathen Thomas of Dalton, GA and Life Partner, Lori Williams of Havana, IL. Cremation has been accorded and private family services will be held.
