Obituary for Philip E. Sank
Philip E. Sank 50, of Peoria Heights passed away on Friday October 31, 2008 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Born in Peoria on November 15, 1957 to Gerald and Helen Gatwis Sank. He is survived by his sons John, Doug and Jacob all of Pekin, brothers; Joe (Sherri) Sank of East Peoria, Jim Sank of Peoria, Jerry (Cherine) Sank of Peoria Heights, several nieces and nephews and his good friend Robbie Delicath. His parents and sister Mary Sank preceded him in death. Philip was a Teamster and was of the Catholic faith. Cremation has been accorded and a memorial service will be held on Saturday November 15, at 11 a.m. in the chapel at Resurrection Cemetery in Peoria. The Cremation Society of Mid-Illinois Co. is assisting the family with arrangements. On-line condolences may be made at csmico.com
