Obituary for Raymond Sargent
Raymond R. Sargent 78, of Peoria passed away Tuesday November 15, 2011 at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria. He was born December 15, 1932 in Chicago, IL to Harold and Helen Kateira Sargent. He married Dianne Peterson December 11, 1989 in Ottawa, IL. She survives along with daughter, Tina (Rodney) Carrigan-Wallace of Peoria and several nieces and nephews, Ray, Harold, Paula, Christina, Kellyann, Maryann and Adrianne. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Harold Sargent. Raymond worked as a heat and frost insulator for Union Local 17. Cremation has been accorded and a Celebration of Life will be held at the place he loved Tina’s Coach Stop, 3522 W. Lincoln Ave, Peoria, IL, Sunday November 20, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or Methodist Hospice in his name.
