Obituary for Richard Bozarth
Richard I. Bozarth 72, of Pekin passed away on Saturday October 31, 2009 at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria. Born in Elm Grove Township on December 23, 1936 to Ira and Ethel Wilder Bozarth. He married M. Darlene Runyon in Pekin on April 3, 1955. she survives along with his children Vicki Hubert and Ricky (Carmen) Bozarth both of Pekin, sisters: Joy (Bill) Severns of Pekin, Judy (Bob) Beoletto of Creve Coeur, Janan Goodin of Pekin, Brothers: Robert (Donna) Bozarth of Pekin, Roger (Betty) Bozarth of Creve Coeur, Randy (Diane) Bozarth of Galesburg, grandson Jason (Ashley) Hubert of Pekin and his 3 great-grandsons. His parents and sister Glenna “Jean” preceded him in death. Richard worked as the Maintenance Supervisor at Pekin Insurance, retiring in 2001 and was a member of the Normandale Reformed Church in Pekin. A funeral service will be held at Abts Mortuary on Tuesday November 3
