Obituary for Richard McConnaughhay
Richard S. McConnaughhay 48, of Topeka, IL passed away Wednesday September 14, 2011 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. He was born June 19, 1963 in Ottawa, IL to Carol Ann Severns-Evans, she preceded him in death. He is survived by his adopted father, Delbert McConnaughhay of Ottowa, IL, fiancée, Kimberly Walker of East Peoria, IL, 2 cousins, Lois Tedsord and Lola Pine both of Morris, IL, lifetime friend, Richard Wys and childhood friend, Chris Tucker. He is also survived by his beloved Godmother, Margaret White of Vermont, IL, whom he dearly loved. He was an avid animal lover. Richard worked as a welder for Case New Holland Co. in Goodfield. He was a member of the Welder’s Union in Pekin. Cremation has been accorded and no services will be held at this time.
