Obituary for Richard Pierce
Richard B. Pierce, 74, of Creve Coeur passed away Monday, September 19, 2016 at UnityPoint Health Methodist in Peoria. He was born March 9, 1942 in McLean to Alva and Ruby Berkley Pierce. He married Joanna Davis in the Quad Cities in the early 1960’s and later married Judith Stahl October 12, 1991 in Mercer County; she survives. He is also survived by his daughter, Lisa Pierce Regan; son, Keith E. Pierce; 4 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sister, Nancy Carol (John) Wolf; 1 niece; step-daughter, Kim (Milo) Burke; step-sons, Matthew (Judith) Davis, Aaron (Nichole) Davis; 4 step-grandchildren; 6 step-great-grandchildren and his beloved Labradors and Goldens. He was preceded in death by his parents. Richard worked in the Information Technology Field. He loved listening to talking books. Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
