Obituary for Rosalie Bathe
Rosalie L. Bathe, 90, of Bartonville passed away Sunday, August 9, 2015 at Heddington Oaks in West Peoria. She was born July 6, 1925 in Cropsey, IL to Charles and Laura Brucker Sheppleman. She married Clyde Bathe June 6, 1953; he preceded her in death April 15, 2004. She was also preceded in death by her parents; brother, Virgil (Lois) and sister, Violet. She is survived by her daughters, Diane (Richard) Brown, Karen (Jesse) Bean; four grandkids; three great-grandkids; sisters, Wilma Smith, Darlene Hinshaw and brother, Charles (Thelma) Sheppleman Jr. Rosalie worked as a bookkeeper for over 40 years. She enjoyed reading, baking and spending time with her daughters and grandkids. A memorial service will be held at Northminster Presbyterian Church 10720 N. Knoxville Ave in Peoria at 11 am with visitation one hour prior on Saturday, August 15, 2015. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in her name.
