Obituary for Roscoe Wilkinson
Roscoe Jerome Wilkinson, 78, of Peoria passed away Sunday, February 21, 2016 at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria. He was born August 31, 1937 in Pekin to Jess and Florence Frampton Wilkinson. His parents; brothers, Royal, Chester, Harland, Sam, Barney and sisters, Jeanette, Caroline and Margret preceded him in death. He is survived by his children, Angela Renee Roe of Bushnell, Chad Jerome Wilkinson of Michigan, Melissa Rose (Ron Conley) Egli of Metamora; grandchildren, Blaine Regan, Logan Roe, Trenton Roe, Samantha Wilkinson, Emily Egli, Ashley Egli, Austin Conley; brother, Lee (Betty) Wilkinson of Indiana and numerous loved nieces and nephews. Roscoe worked for Metamora Woodworking. He enjoyed camping outdoors and collecting arrowheads and rocks. He loved his family very much and will be greatly missed. Cremation has been accorded and a memorial service will be held Friday, February 26, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Christian Union Church in Metamora.
