Obituary for Rosemary Mozelewski
Rosemary Mozelewski, 79, of Morton passed away Monday, June 6, 2016 at Pekin Hospital. She was born April 17, 1937 in Bloomington to Cameron and Gladys Hankins Umphress. She married Richard Mozelewski February 12, 1994 in Pekin; he preceded her in death in 2012. She was also preceded in death by her parents; son, Jeffrey Zortman; brothers, Donald, James, Jay and sisters, Virginia and Delores. She is survived by her daughters, Susan Renee (Bill) Hundt, Kimberly Ann (Don) Woods; son, James (Lesa) Zortman; grandchildren, Chad (Jodi), Nicole, James (Jessica), Chris, Tommy; eight great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Trudy “Sissy” and several nieces and nephews. Rosemary worked for Produce House; retiring in 2000. She enjoyed “Happy Hour” with her neighborhood friends in Florida. She was of the Methodist faith. A visitation will be held Thursday, June 9, 2016 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Abts Mortuary in Pekin. Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Intermediate Care on 7 North at Pekin Hospital in her name.
