Obituary for Sean Ryan
Sean Ryan of Peoria passed away Saturday, July 30, 2016 at his residence. He was born February 3, 1955 to Larry and Hope Ryan in Peoria, IL. He attended St. Mark’s Catholic Grade School and graduated from Peoria High School. Sean served in the U.S. Army. He spent his life in customer service and excelled at assisting others. He loved the outdoors especially fishing and camping. He was preceded in death by his parents, Larry and Helen Ryan (Peoria, IL); brother-in-law, Paul Seymour (Savanna, IL) and son, Sean L. Ryan (Bloomington, IL). He is survived by his son, Miles (Dara) Ryan of Lexington, KY; daughter, Caitlin Ryan of West Des Moines, IA; son, Patrick Ryan of St. John, Virgin Islands and sisters, Patricia Seymour of Savanna, IL, Michel (Alec) Hamilton of Knoxville, TN, Brigid Ryan in Texas, Kelly Gann Ryan of Bartonville, IL and Erin (Dave) Deputy of Pekin, IL. A celebration of life will be on Friday, August 5, 2016 from 3-7pm at Schooner’s in Peoria.
