Obituary for Sherry Scheer
Sherry Marie Scheer 60, of Peoria passed away Friday January 14, 2011 at her residence. She was born April 26, 1950 in Ross, CA to William Edward and Marie Margaret Volk Davis Jr. She was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her mother of Peoria, 2 sons; Robert R. (Monica) Scheer Jr. of Peoria, David M. (Aly) Scheer of Bartonville, daughter; Amy M. (Robert) Peterson of Peoria and her brother; William Anton of San Diego, CA. Sherry worked as a nurse for Proctor Hospital retiring in 1999. She was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church in Peoria where a Memorial Mass will be held at 11:30 am Saturday January 22, 2011 with a visitation at 11 am. Internment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Peoria. Memorials may be made to Diabetes Research.
