Obituary for Stephen Palmer
Stephen L. Palmer, 61, of Manito passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at his residence. He was born February 9, 1953 in Pekin to Lyle and Phyllis Jones Palmer. He is survived by Alice Carr; their two sons, Jarek and Stevie Palmer; his daughter, Angel (Tim) Swardenski; his granddaughters, Jaelyn, Laenie and Lexie Swardenski; his siblings, Connie Picken, Kevin Palmer and Kathy Harris. He was preceded in death by his parents. He was a skilled plasterer for over 30 years. He was an avid outdoorsman and loyal St. Louis Cardinal Fan. He cherished time spent with his family. He was a long-time member of the Peoria Sportsman’s Club where a celebration of his life will be held from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, September 21, 2014.
