Obituary for Theodore Daniel Van Horn
Theodore Daniel Van Horn, 46, of Peoria passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria. He was born April 30, 1969 in East Stroudsburg, PA to Boyd James Van Horn Sr. and Sandra Marie Coco Rider. His parents; step father; maternal and paternal grandparents; two brothers; one nephew; one niece and one great niece preceded him in death. He is survived by his sisters, Nancy (Herb) Dailey of Galva, Melissa (James) Foster of Neponset, Michelle (Chuck) Alth of Belington, WV, Denise (Jerry) Capps of Altona, Tina (Dan) Bayett of Akron, OH; niece, Serena (Steve) Swan of Galva and several other nieces and nephews. He was an avid collector of Eeyore that also enjoyed helping others and making them laugh. Dan also enjoyed playing video games and cooking. Per his wishes cremation has been accorded and private family services will be held. The family asks that you say a prayer for him; celebrate and remember him in your own special way. Memorials may be made to the donor’s favorite charity in his name.
