Obituary for Todd Hueser
Todd Michael Hueser, 45, of Canton passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at his home surrounded by family. He was born April 18, 1971 in Davenport, IA to Daniel and Joyce Swope Hueser. He married Cynthia Foust October 8, 1994 in Pekin; she survives. He is also survived by his daughter, Ashley Nichole Hueser of Canton; son, Christopher Michael Hueser of Canton; grandson, Logan Michael Hueser of Canton; parents, Dan and Joyce Hueser of Marquette Heights; sister, Jennifer Johnson of Pekin; nieces and nephew, Sonya Johnson of Pekin, Holli Foust of Bartonville, Camron Foust of Pekin; grandparents, Paul J. Hueser of Davenport, IA, Madlyn Swope of Davenport, IA; aunts and uncles, Mike and Vicki Swope of Davenport, IA, Patti and Dave Campbell of Davenport, IA, Jackie and Gerry Hueser of Mission, TX and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clarence Swope, Dorothy Hueser and uncle, Paul A. Hueser. Todd was a graduate of Brimfield High School in 1990 and University of Phoenix in 2015 with his Bachelors of Business Administration Degree. He worked for Caterpillar. He enjoyed gaming, fishing, Frisbee golf and computers. He also enjoyed music and had a wide library of music. He was known for his love of everything Halloween and his impressive decorations each year. Cremation has been accorded and a memorial visitation will be held Friday, September 2, 2016 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Abts Mortuary in Pekin. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Kingston Mines Cemetery. Memorials may be made to West View Elementary School Library in Canton or Forever Friends Great-Dane Rescue in his name.
