Obituary for Tommie Fultz
Tommie L. Fultz 66, of Morton passed away Sunday February 28, 2010 at his home. He was born November 12, 1943 in Peoria to John C. and Viola M. Floyd Fultz, they preceded him in death. He is survived by his brother: Carl (Viola) Fultz of WA, sisters: Beverly (John) Lussenhop of Peoria, Donna Reis of Peoria, sons: Robert Fultz, Thomas (Sherri) Fultz, William Fultz, several grandchildren, nieces: Nikki Jackson of Pekin, Tammy Jackson of Tremont, Traci (Tim) Puentes of Washington, and his dearest friend Gerri Moses of Morton. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and nephews. Tommie was a  Army Veteran. Cremation has been accorded and no services will be held. Memorials may be made to OSF Hospice. The Cremation Society of Mid-Illinois Co. Pekin/Peoria is assisting the family with arrangements. On-Line Condolences may be made at csmico.com
