Obituary for Virginia Pitsonbarger
Virginia A. Pitsonbarger, 73, of Bellevue passed away at her residence on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 with her family by her side. Born on March 14, 1940 to Alvin M. Lockhart and Virginia Petersen Lockhart. She married Arthur Lonnie Pitsonbarger on August 27, 1960. He preceded her in death on July 11, 2009. She is survived by her three children, Ginny (Al) Hammond, Julie (Brian) Waldschmidt, Lonnie (Darlena) Pitsonbarger, sister Luann (Jerry) Sellers and several grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents and her brother. Cremation will be accorded. Memorial service will be held at Mapleton Church, Powell Rd, Mapleton, IL on Saturday, Feb 1st from 10 - 11 a.m. with burial of ashes at Lutheran Cemetery following the service. Ginny never knew a stranger and was loved by all. Special thanks to her childhood friends for making so many special memories during the last several years.
