Obituary for Wilber Belcher
Wilber Earl Belcher, 64, of East Peoria passed away on Monday, November 9, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Vanderbilt, TN on September 28, 1951 to Wilber Belcher and Ethel Louallen Fulton. He is survived by his father of East Peoria; sisters, Wanda Jean ( Daryl ) Feldner of El Cajon, CA, Ann Cooksey of Eureka, Debra (Darrell) Lucas of East Peoria; brother, Bob Fulton of East Peoria; son, Daniel Belcher of Webster, WI; daughter, Tara (Curtis) Postin of Lewistown and grandchild, Regan Postin. He was preceded in death by his mother; brother, Michael Belcher and sisters, Judy Hosbrough and Kathy Giltsrap. Earl was a self employed mechanic and loved working with his hands to rebuild everything from trucks to tractors to bicycles. He loved to buy old items and make them new, especially for his granddaughter. Cremation has been accorded and a memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Bryant Christian Church, 109 State St. Bryant, IL 61519.
