Obituary for William Lamb
Wil Lamb, 27, of Peoria and formerly of Kankakee,IL, died Friday, July 19, 2013 at his home. Â There will be a memorial service Saturday, July 27, at 4:30 pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 170 E. John Casey Rd., Bourbonnais, IL. James Pratt will officiate. Â
William Ross Lamb was born on November 28, 1985 in Cook County Chicago, IL to Carl and Margaret (MacLellan) Lamb. Â Wil was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on May 25, 2002. Â He married Yurdia Marchan on March 21, 2009 in Kankakee, IL. Â Together they had two children, Jamin D. and Noemi M. Lamb.Â
Wil loved being a husband and father. He had a very kind and caring personality. Wil enjoyed movie making, Star Wars and Charlie Chaplin. He had a passion for singing and music. Wil had a way of bringing life to Bible reading and appreciated all he learned about his Creator and His qualities. Being surrounded by his spiritual family was a source of joy and comfort to Wil.
Wil is survived by his wife and two children; his parents; sisters Vonda Randle, Shelah (Jordan) Norgaard, Diana (Julian) Gaytan; brother James; grandmother Vonda Belluso, all from Kankakee; grandmother Jean Veronica MacLellan from Scotland, and many cousins and nephews.
